Privacy Statement
Any and all the information collected on Languages Count website will be in line with the new GDPR rules from 25th May 2018. All details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
I will keep your details while you take part in my classes and will delete your information 12 months after you finish or sooner if requested.
I need your contact details for the following reasons:
* to send you copies of any lessons you miss
* to give you further support
* to organise a social event
* to contact you in the event that a class has to be cancelled
* to send out marketing information

Terms & Conditions
Payment
Invoices to Education Establishments and Businesses are emailed to the finance department of the organisation, unless otherwise requested. Payment terms are strictly 14 days after the training has taken place. Languages Count reserves the right to charge interest on late payments, currently 8% per month or part thereof.
Languages Count charges for training sessions are based upon the time required for preparing presentations and resources, the Training Session and any further support.
Charges for Languages Classes are paid in advance of the course and are non-refundable. Credit notes shall be given in the event of any cancellation by yourself. Group prices may vary according to numbers or length of lessons. Bespoke lessons are also available. A short evaluation is required upon completion of the course.
Payment for Private Tution is weekly. Payment will still apply if 48 hours notice is not given.
Handouts
Handouts for training sessions will be emailed for you to duplicate and are strictly for use within the purchasing organisation only.
Handouts for Language Classes and Private Tuition are included in the price.
Travel Expenses
Travel expenses are calculated after the training event and added to your invoice.
Extra costs for my travel will apply for journeys more than 15 miles.
Your right to cancel a training session
You have the right to cancel a booking for any training sessions. Cancellations must be in writing and received by Languages Count within 7 days of the date of the agreement at the initial visit. In the event of a cancellation being made by you due to an OFSTED Inspection taking place on the day of the booking then Languages Count will rearrange the date with you.
Our right to cancel
In the rare occurrence of cancellation by Languages Count due to illness, bereavement or inability to attend due to road closures or adverse weather conditions, Languages Count will rearrange the date of your training session with you.
Liability
Languages Count will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury of any kind by any act, error except insofar as such liability cannot be excluded by law.
